I’m going on a 3 day trip soon and I’m not sure of what to do to make sure nothing bad happens to the tank

Your fish and corals can survive being ignored for 3 days. You don’t need to do anything. Go.

If you are really paranoid have someone check on it once a day. Your biggest risk is probably a heater malfunction, but that’s quite unlikely. Some kind of temp controller will take that risk off the table. But if you don’t have one, I wouldn’t worry. Still go.

Yep. I learned the hard way, don’t change anything within two weeks of your trip.
