Just picked up a fresh cut Acro last weekend. Was doing fine, good polyp ext. Thursday started to peel at the cut and is moving up to the tip?!?

I am new to SPS? The other frag (well encrusted) different sp. Right next to the other is doing fine!

All my parameters I have learned from everyone is on target. 35 salinaty, 8.2 dkh, 8.2 ph, trace elements (Triton)

Any thoughts? Thank you

Looks like RTN (rapid tissue necrosis). It'll be a goner tomorrow if immediate actions aren't taken. Superglue up to the good tissue like mentioned. Or cut it off at the good tissue and remount it.

Done. I just glued around, not much to cut and remount. Is this luck of the draw, mounting technique, or care of fresh cut?

What caused this

Stress is what causes it. That's y the one next to it is still good he is established.
