Just in case you haven't seen, TFL Reborn is available at Premium Aquatics. I got a second bag of it today. It melts at a relatively high pH and overall a good product.

I heard from a few folks that it is not like the old reborn. Lots more random material, not just coral skeletons. Can you confirm that or does it look good to you? Thanks!

This is the one from Premium Aquatics. It seems like it is smaller than the ones in my current CARx.

This is the little Reborn from Marine Depot. It just arrived. It seems like tiny broken coral skeleton to me, but you decide. Little reborn is tiny though.

One of those whiners was me, but I may not be a good judge as I have been using a mix of my own skeleton, LFS skeleton and Middle Keys.

Reborn seems like coral skeleton they scraped off from the beach near a coral reef. I have see beaches with skeleton like this when I go diving/snorkeling in the South Pacific. You can tell the skeletons are from corals dead a long time ago as the sharpness of the skeletons are worn down and the particles are quite roundish. Here is a picture of the OLD Reborn in my CARx. IMO, the new one is slightly smaller in size than the old one.

What I got a few weeks ago from BRS is pretty close to the box I had from ~5 years ago. Maybe a bit smaller, but not a huge change IMO. Melt is just as stable, so far. It's been in my reactor 2-3 weeks now.
