TM pro Out of bucket LVL's

The tittle states it all i want to use TM pro and was wondering what the out the bucket levels are? I know one web site had a big write up on all salts but i can't find it nor do i remember what one.

I can't rember exactly, but i used it for almost a year with no problems then all the sudden every time I did a water change with it my tank looked horrible for almost 3 days.

Testing testing testing the only thing I ever saw that could be tested was my ORP would drop to the low 200s. Louie at TM couldn't explain it either so i just switched back to RC, but prior to that I had good luck with it. Sorry that wasn't a direct answer, but was something you might want to check if you decide to use it.

Im actually curious what people are getting with their TM salt? I recently had a batch of TM salt, not the pro reef just the regular that seemed to have a low alk levels. Im just curious what other TM non pro users are getting for their ALK out of the bucket?

When i used it the PRO was lower than the normal and it was my understanding was designed for peopel running more at NSW levels and using a CARX.

From what I understand, that used to be the case but now it is switched as I used to use the standard TM and the ALK was also low so people have switched to the Pro for higher ALK levels. I've since switched to the TM Bioactiff salt, but one should test every bucket of salt since the levels can vary from batch to batch. I know that is also not an exact science either as one should be making the entire 200G bucket at one time since the salts mixture can settle in the bucket and vary as well when mixing in small amounts.

I will be using it on a upcoming system because it is said to be "best" to use with zeo. I was just looking for exact adverage numbers.

I've been using Pro for awhile and it does have lower ALK. You just need to dose your batch to where you want it.

Bingo, I don't think there is a perfect salt out there and one is responsible to test and adjust the levels to meet their individual tanks needs!
