To 10 micron sock or not....

Picked up a 10 micron sock for my frag system because I wanted to see the results compared to a 100 micron. Long story short, it's amazing. Any reason I shouldn't use 10 micron socks besides the obvious fact I'll need to change them out every 2 days?

Will the 10 have a negative impact compared to the 100? Aren't most of us removing organic matter via a skimmer anyway?

Yes and amino acids - and after that we buy both organic matter (type plankton, reef roids and so on) and aminoacids and ad it to our tanks

I run 5 micron every few weeks. the water looks crystal clear after 2 days.
