To AFR or Not to AFR with trident

Hello everyone,
The original plan was to run All for reef and supplement my tank that way so I bought two 10l of AFR powder. Recently I got a trident and now I don't know whether or not to let the trident control the dosing based on just the alk and ideally everything stays stable until I run out of product. or just toss away the product and go on two-part with magnesium due to the trident being able to dose the tank for me.

75-gallon mixed reef being maybe torch/frogspawn/hammer heavy but may consider going to s sps dominate mixed reef.

Dosing TM AFR here with a Trident. I do not use the feature with TM AFR due to the ALK lag.

I have used it when dosing ESV 2 part and it worked great. It is a nice feature. Bug how the AFR works and ALK lag I do not.
