Well, first apologies goes to stupid topic name, really didnt have inspiration for anything better....

Second apologies goes for topic itself, probably i could squeeze this question in any semi-related topic.... ;)

Here's the story...

I was offered to swap (change) my current light, wich is 2x popbloom rs90, and 4x54w t5.

Offer is 2 nicrew 150w lights. Or two ati straton..... Dont jump right now, i know that the answer is ati, but, amount of money that i need to give.... Impossible, so, really, offer is 2 nicrew 150w... :)

Is this good, is it worth to make that swap....

Tank is 130x60x60 mixed reef, with only 2 sps, and really no intention of getting more for now, so, softies, zoa and lps....

Really cant say that i'm unhappy with my lights, but.... Seems to me that this change will be step back from current configuration, but, again, what i know.... ;)

2x90 leds + 4x54w t5 seems more than enough for softies and lps, right?

So, will i gain anything better with nicrew 150w?

Thanx!

If you are happy with your current growth and look, then no need to change.

You're instinct is guiding you, but yet you question. NO! Lol.

Keep your current configuration, the T5s alone are worth more than those 150w paper weights he wants to trade you.

It would be a waste of time and added stress for you and maybe the corals

Well, its always good to try something new, right ;)

Like i said, i have no real reason, beside curiosity and experiment to change, thats why i asked, maybe there is some benefit, better growth, better colors..

As far as i know, there isnt, but i newer had chance to see this lights in action, so why not ask community....
