Update
WOW its been a couple of weeks.....
The tank builder and I have talked in depth about the replacement tank. I am getting a PVC bottom on the new tank (free upgrade) I also have found that it is not the first time he has done this and he also knows the ins and out of it. He has also upgraded the startfire to all 3 side and will have the glass shop do all of his polishing so the cuts should be perfect and gorgeous.
We have talked about a PVC back panel to save weight and add a appearance level so no spray paint etc. The builder has not done this in the past and I have not seen where anyone else has. This could be good or bad we don't know yet. He will be up in Nashville next week meeting with a PVC welder to discuss the options. If it looks like a good alternative then we will go for it. the back would essentially be welded to the bottom creating one very strong section, and adding the option for closed loop and other items later down the road with ease.
Now the bad, seems the builder has torn a muscle and tendon in his arm so he had surgery on Wednesday and will be out of commission for a few days. I told not to hurry so I can have a great tank and his response was I will have a Sherman tank.
In the meantime I have added the following to my "Lagoon" 1 Purple tang 1 Flame Fin Tomini Tang 1Yellow Eye Kole Tang 10 Green Chromis 1 Sohal Tang and am looking into a Achiles Tang a Chevron Tang and a few others. I have also purchased around 40 new corals most of them being SPS in the mini colony to colony size, all of my new live rock is now beginning to cover with coralline algae.

As you can see I am getting a ton of growth in the Lagoon and am starting to have second thought on if I want a tank at all :tongue:

Update
So I am officially two weeks out from getting the new tank. I will be honest I have lost a ton of interest and steam with the whole reef tank...:sure:
This is due to the death of most of my tanks I am down to three I think, I have had in the past the fish hide so well that I don't find them until I have drained the Lagoon. My Params have all been spot on and all of my SPS is growing awesome, the colors are unbelievable, I had a fellow reefer at the house yesterday and he made the comment that he now likes the Zeovit system after looking at my corals. I had to break it to him that I was not running a Zeovit system and it is all natural, thanks fellow reefer I am getting interested again.
Now I had 100 pounds of dry Marco Rock laying around and decided today I would start looking into my Aquascaping so here are a couple of pictures...Tell me what you all think, and this is actually 125 pounds for size comparison good thing I have 250 more pounds all cycled and growing coraline.
