To many fish in QT?

I have two clownfish in a 20Gal QT. I want to add a 4” Kole Tang. The clownfish have only gotten Prazi, and have been in the QT for a bit. Can I add the Kole Tang, and QT them all together, or is the 20Gal too small?

These are the two clownfish. I really like them, and don’t want to stress any of my fish out

Its probably on the small side for all three even in a qt scenario. I'd finish the clowns and then move on to the next fish.

I had a kole tang 1 clown and 2 wrasses in a 20gal no problem, my QT is fully cycled though so i never had to do a water change in the 30 day treatment.
