I have a 75 Gal. tank with a HOB fuge and a 20 gal. sump so roughly about 100 gal.system since cycling I have been changing 15 to 20 gal. every 5 or 6 days now I'm thinking I may be over doing it, not allowing all the "good" organisms to take hold, What do you think? Thanks.

I have about about the same water total. I change 15-20 gallons every 2 -3 weeks with no issues. I have a eshopps 300r refugium .
One of my friends that owns reef shop has a 125 setup with with no refugium and doses 2 part and aminos for coral on a average stocked tank that has not done a water change in months and the tank looks great! I

Yea definitly cut It back. Unless you have a nutrient problem I see no problem doing it every 2 or 3 weeks. Or cut it down to 5 gallons a week. Honestly. Frequency is awesome and smaller more frequent creates less swings. But I have a feeling your levels are super low. I have a super stocked tank about 110g twv, and I do about 10g every 2 weeks

I am so concerned about some huge algae outbreak that's why I do so many but after reading so many threads from folks only changing once a month or longer I'm thinking I'll wait longer between changes, plus it saves on salt.

A 10% per week water change is a good place to start.

I would slow down on the water changes. Let the system cycle and do its thing. You are going to get the ugly stage with algae, it is inevitable. However, water changes can help manage it better. If you prefer to do frequent water changes then I would atleast cut it to every two weeks for now.
