To much carbon?

Hello all,

I am wondering if it is possible to have to much carbon in your system. I always run a carbon infused filter pad, and my water is a little murky. Could this be because of too much carbon?

It is possible, but murky water would not be a result of too much carbon. Adding a large amount of carbon without rinsing it might temporarily cause some loose carbon dust to fly around.

One carbon infused pad is likely not too much for your system either way...
