Hey guys so I added a gyre icecap 1k to my 45g rl jbj all in one tank. At first I had it at the top but it was way to much. Then I put it vertically to shoot flow along the back wall. In my tank I primarily have soft coral and LPS with a couple sps corals mainly montipora. So I’m wondering if this is to much flow my LPS is a little retracted but still out. I have this thing only at 10% and nothing is receiving direct flow. You can see my frogspawn is a little retracted on the side the flow is coming from. I would appreciate your advice.

I was thinking that the small hammer i could easily move to a lower flow area but the frogspawn I would like to keep where it is
