To qt everyone or just the one

Only 1 fish is sick I've quixkly freshwater dipped all other inhabitants should everyone go in qt to be on the safe side

Thank you that's what I was thinking but how am I gonna get away with 6 clowns 4 tangs 2 wrasse and angels in a 20 g qt

The simple answer to is get a bigger QT. Unfortunately you will have many issues with that many fish in a 20 gallon tank with ammonia being at the tippy top of the list.

In batches. Or with a larger QT. Buy a 55 gal on Craigslist, that's what I use. I qt a ton of fish in it.

Or buy a large Rubbermaid or Sterilite container. Or multiple smaller ones.
