Your tank is too small for an anemone AND corals... don't do it! They will permanently be engaging in chemical allelopathy (aka 'chemical warfare'). All corals do it to a greater or lesser degree... but it's accentuated with corals vs. anemones. Plus, the anemone has a tendency to move around and 'park itself' on the corals... killing them.

I concur. This is false. They do however do better in a aged tank. My BTA is usually the first sign that one of my parameters are off. I have a 29 gallon biocube with a 6 inch diameter BTA that sits pretty right near my frogspawn within 1/4 of each other. The BTA stays just out of reach of it because the frog spawn f's it up lol. I also have a 8 inch toadstool in there as well. Yes something can't touch but for the most part I have no issues with my anemone moving around. But yes they will move where they are the happiest. Generally best to be placed in first until they settle where they want. But if you do research on that species you can find out what hey like and drop them in a educated spot. Worked for me .
