I have a toad stool that I have had in a 20 gallon tank with live rock that has been thriving. I recently cycled a larger tank and purchased live rock and placed healthy corals that I had in the new tank.
My 20 gal started an algae bloom due to to much light, but the toad stool didn't take so well to the light being removed.
Should I replace my toad stool into my new tank and place it closer to the light in the new tank that now has a baby hippo tang and other soft corals in it and its completely cycled? Or should I leave it in my 20 gal with my clown fish and place a new light that I have ordered over it? trying to figure out the best placement for the stool.. If I should leave it where it is and add a new light that's not as strong, or move the stool to the new larger tank and place it higher and find a new coral for my newish clowns to take to?

did a water change and protein skimmer and opened back up gloriously! I took the damsel out of this tank and my clowns were staying at the top of the tank.. I thought it was from the way they breed them and they stay near the surface for food.. but I removed the pesky little damsel and they are now exploring the reef and hopefully will use the stool as a surrogate.
Also added some new goodies! Will post more pics soon
