Toadstool bad placement?

I bought this toadstool about a month ago and have had it stuck on backglass since day one. Haven’t seen any growth but polyps are out was wondering if this is a bad placement

I think it’s has to do something with your lighting although everyone looks happy your nem is bleached

This is the light that’s over my tank. Got this light for my 14g biocube and moved it over to my 36g when I switched tanks I’ve been told my nem is bleached but was also told not to move the light because it would mess with the corals the light is around 4-5 inch’s from surface of tank and is adjustable I can slide the brackets up where it’s not right above the nem

I think eventually the toad will grow so large it wont be able to hold up its weight in that position. Might even fall off with the weight...
