Toadstool coral

I got this Toadstool coral in the tank yesterday.
It looked like that all day

Until the last couple of hours have been looking all tightened up and no polyps or anything

Is anything wrong with it? Thanks.

give it some time. mine leather will do this from time to time. it needs to get used to your tank (flow, parameters, light, etc). Make sure its not getting bothered by some other tank inhabitant and its getting some gentle flow ----- should come around.

Let it settle, leathers can sulk for weeks, new in, it is adjusting to your water, it will shed "skin", keep your carbon fresh.

Yep. Even when theres nothing wrong, it still closes up sometimes for whatever reasons.

Now if it starts to shrivel and becoming slimy.......then you’re in trouble.
