My toadstool has been in here for a week, but last night I adjusted my temp from 78 to 75 and I think this is the reason he looks the way he is but I wanna know if he looks okay?

It could be from the temperature swing. I'm sure it will be fine. Why did you change the temperature?

78 is close to what most people keep there temp at. If toadstool was fine at 78 I would have left it there. 75 seems on the low end of temp

I think it will adjust. After even 4 or 5 days of being ‘moody.’ I’d only worry if it truly seems to be wasting away.

But as shrimp says it may adjust cause toad is pretty hardy. But other corals in the future may not like it so cold. IMO if it was fine at 78 I’d revisit they temp again. Slowly get it back there maybe a degree a day

My toadstool does that sometimes. Then after a week maybe longer it is just back to normal. I wouldn't be concerned.
