Is the toadstool shedding or is there some sort of a issue going on, see attached photo.

Doesn’t appear to just gets this black slime but during day polyps are extended

opening more and more by the day ?

Seems like it’s open pretty good, I blew it off and seems to be gone for the most part. I raised my lights, maybe a little adjusting
