Quick question, I have a toadstool I am wanting to move my toadstool to another part of my tank. I unfortunately placed it in a high position and it is attached between two rocks. My question is, can I just yank it out or am I going to have to break apart the rockwork.

I would not just yank it out. I have had success using ice cold salted water. Make a slurry of crushed ice, salt, and water. The salt makes the water colder, then soak a butter knife in the cold water. Apply cold knife to base of coral, don’t cut, just try to give it a cold foot. Tip: use a few knives, and keep reapplying until it moves.
