Any recent changes to lighting or placement?
Any issues with other corals or livestock?
What are the parameters?
How long has it looked like this?

Looked that way for 3 months I just changed the light schedule today to see if my corals would do better.
Cal 500
Alk10.1
Mag 1400
Nitrate 0-5
Phos 0.5
Ph 8.2
Salinity 102.6

I saw your post on 4/16, then your nitrates were 40, and now they're 0-5. I think you might be making too many changes too fast.

I run a high N03 tank of 25, P04 .06 to .10, Alk 8.0, CA 420, Mag 1400. Here's a pic of my two toadstools, each is 10" across or so, receive about 150 to 250 par (bottom to top).

What lighting are you using and about what is the par where to toadstool is sitting at?

Calcium is a tad high. Don't you mean your specific gravity is 1.026? not 102.6??
I see @monkeyCmonkeyDo recommended water changes last Friday. Did you try that? Has it helped.
In that post, you said you were having issues with your elegance and other corals. Has there been any improvement?
What is your temp?
