Toadstool leather coral

hey reefers I just got a toadstool leather coral as my first coral. My question is what should I have my flow at? I have a m1 return pump at the 4th led. And a maxxspect gyer at 40%

Not sure what those are but i have my power head shooting across the tank directly at it, they like high lighting and high flow, so as long as the coral doesn’t have a shedding build up or isn’t receding i wouldn’t worry. My coral sheds are black almost and i can see them peel off sometimes but it looks healthy and has grown well!

They like good flow but not strong or direct flow. They also like medium to semi strong lighting. All of mine are mid tank.
