Toadstool leathers not standing up/melting

I have a 10 gallon soft coral tank all the other corals are doing fine except my two toadstools on has not stood up for a month now and the other has seemed to just melt is there anything i can do to help them

More flow! They really like higj flow to keep the detritus from settling on them.

They will look near dead for days or weeks and then shed and be bigger than before.
