Toadstool looks wierd

Why does my toadstool look like this it was opened up the first 2 days and now it’s been closed like this for about 4 days

leathers can close up for a few days at a time, its normal. At the same time, they need medium light, and medium to higher flow, they need flow to help them shed and help them stand.

You can use a turkey baster to gently blow on it to help it shed, sometimes that helps.

I don’t think it’s shedding because it dosent have a waxy coat but I’ve moved it higher in the rock and it has more flow now I’m starting to see small polyps on the bottom of it but idk if that is always ther
