Toadstool problem

Whats going on with my toadstool? Had it for almost 2 years no issues and i noticed this happening. The rock its attached to is how i bought it. Any suggestions?

looks like it became detached from its rock, that sucks. You can leave it as it, and it will attach to that rock and the head will start growing upward. Or you can loosely attach it to a rock with string or something loose (not rubber band) and it will eventually attach to the rock.
