Toadstool Released Tiny White Specs

Hi guys,

I need help understanding, this is the first time i see it, my power went out yesterday for only a couple of minutes, didnt think much of it so left for work after checking all my equipment in my red sea

But My Hydra 26 apparently did not came on as shedule, when i got home i saw my reef tank lights were still off. Apparently AI app reset itself back to year 2000 what the heck. So i fixed the time and the date and light came on as my regular shedule.

But after 40 minutes later my toadstool released thousands of white little specs from outside of its base. Not sure what it is ill try to post video or pictures from my i phone it almost look like micro bubbles but there not bubbles.

Any Idea ???

It almost looks like an ICH, maybe it came from the rock couldnt tell,
