have a 2 inch formerly neon green toadstool in an otherwise healthy mixed tank that also sports 2 other robust toadstools - one 7 inches across
the 2 incher has been "waxed over" for a solid month now. Still erect and still see the nubs of the polyp.
Never has one dormant this long.
thoughts about how long to be patient?

Give it more flow

I had a dwarf angel that specifically targeted one of two neon green toadstools in my tank and it was closed for six weeks. Got rid of the angel and it was looking good in a week.

lights out for the night and so went to the library - most recent i could find

Lil toadstiool is the white one at the fox faces tail. So you can see it is in about the most calm place in the tank

will try to change this and see what happens
