Toby (vanentini black-saddle) Puffer

Just got a new Toby puffer, not entirely clear what to feed it... so far seems content to peck around and will munch on pellets... about 1.5-2 inches so looks to small to eat other foods (clams, whole shrimp etc).

Any advice or tips on what I should offer? A lot of what I’ve been able to find online seems like it’s for the bigger puffers.
