Good morning all,

I have recently purchased a tomato clown that was tame in the beginning m. It has now been 3 days and he is chasing my other clown to the too of the tank and also chasing other fish. My clown will not leave the surface now. Is this normal behavior or should i remove certain fish to get rid of this animosity. Thanks

These guys are notorious for this. Leave him long enough, and he'll start attacking you while you try to work in the tank.

Aggression from clownfish never gets better, only worse. One will have to be removed.

My pair of Tomato clowns were banished to their own 65G tank...Very territorial and mean. If I'm cleaning the tank and my hand goes anywhere near their half of the tank they're biting me. IIRC the Tomato Clowns are one of the most aggressive clowns.
