What do I need to do I have put her in a quarantine tank and she is doing perfectly fine as far as i can tell I have been putting E.M. ERYTHROMYCIN it has been about a day since it happened

Attacked. . . Mauled !! Wow. One nice thing about salywater fish is their ability to heal and quickly. Isolation is essential and as long as its eating, will recover. Oh I’m selling them I have had nothing but trouble and yes unfortunately it was very bad I didn’t see her eat as soon as I put the food in but I could see later there were food missing

That's crazy. Are you sure it was another fish and not a piece of equipment like a powerhead? That fish is messed up. The uniformity of the wounds makes it look like a powerhead injury. Have you seen aggression from the other fish before? Do you have a "feed" button for powerheads?
Doesn’t look like something a fish would do. Unless is started with a regular injury and has spread to an infection?
I would get some strong antibiotics in there.

No matter how it occurred, this is good advice for a wound like that.Doesn’t look like something a fish would do. Unless is started with a regular injury and has spread to an infection?

Ouch - looks like there is a secondary bacterial infection as well.
How long has the fish been treated with erythromycin? That is primarily for gram positive bacteria, and most external aquarium bacteria are gram negative. There are other medications that might work better - the NFG mentioned, Neoplex, even Maracyn 2 in conjunction with the Erythromycin.
