My tomini tang keeps attacking my new additions a orchid dottyback and a bangaii cardinal

How big is the tank? do the new fish have hiding spots to avoid the tang? minor aggression from a tang isn't unheard of

Tominis can get aggressive once established if you can move him to another tank for couple days or try changing aquascape to try and reset territory

Well, you would normally make the tomini the last fish as it does not tolerate newcomers.

I'd suggest to put it into a QT for a while, before adding back.

Not to give away my affiliation with the Tang Police, but that tank is way too small, IMO.

A 29 gallon is much to small for a tomini. A four foot tank is what is recommended. That tomini will outgrow that tank and will be aggressive as that tank is too small.

Oh, I'm not surprised its going nuts in a tank that small.

It needs 75 gal minimum. Maybe you can return it?
