Tomini tang has spot - should I be concerned?

Please see video - it’s on his left flipper - any ideas?
The spot on its left pectoral fin may just be a broken fin ray. Those typically heal on their own in a month or two. It is difficult to evaluate this sort of thing under blue light, white works better.
If you think there may be other issues with the fish, we would need more complete history. There is a file about helpful info to know in the link below my name here, or in the file section at the top oaf the disease forum.

I tend to be a "nervous" fish keeper, the tank itself is "fine" with no real issues to speak of. I'll try and get better pics/videos for you guys here in a bit when I'm done changing water out. It's technically monday in my brain which means water change day.

Yeah, not good today. I'm in trouble here. The foxface is showing small red pinprick type wounds and pale coloration along with the white "wart" on the tomini tangs fin, he also has one along his anal fin. I'll try and get some decent photos here. My foxface hates the white light so wish me luck. I have a 29 gallon tank here I can whip together for a hospital tank, but I'm worried about trying to catch these fish. I have rally and kick ich coming (yeah, I know...I shoulda had it here) but I'm trying to get a good diagnosis prior to any medications.

So probably the best photos I can get. The foxfaces discoloration and red pin pricks are noticeable under blue light. They are eating normally and not acting odd. The tang is slightly clamping his fin from that white “wart” on his fin. Not sure. Any insight????

Thanks, the tank bio rules out a bunch of issues. The pictures are still tough to see, but the tomini does have a broken fin ray, nothing to worry about there. Both fish seem to have cloudy eyes and some general skin issues. Have they been treated with praziquantel yet? I want to rule out flukes.

For the spots on the foxface - the best I can tell you is to map out some of the spots, know their exact location. Then, watch them for 36 to 48 hours. If the location of the spots changes, and the numbers increase/decrease, you may have an issue with ich. If the number of spots stays the same, in the same locations, then it isn't ich, and I circle back to possibly having a fluke issue.

Thank you Jay! If you remember I was concerned with this foxface about 2-3 weeks ago and did a FW dip from your recommendation and saw no flukes or parasites at that time so I never went ahead with any fluke treatment.
