Tomini tang mouth burn?

I have a 4 inch tomini in a 10 gallon bare bottom hospital tank dying as I type. 0 ammonia, 0 nitrate, less than 5 nitrite. Salt at 34, temp 76.4*F,

He can not close his mouth, his lips are torn up like he has been biting at them, his tounge is bright red and protruding and his mouth looks like it is basically decomposing. He is slightly pale but otherwise fine outwardly. He is lying on his side right now. Every once in a while he hops up like something scared him and swims around a bit before settling back down. This all popped up within a few hours. When I left for work at 6am be was fine and eating when I got home at 5, he looked like his lips were going to fall off and his mouth had red streaks in it. I know the picture is terrible, I did take a video that shows it a little bit better but I can not post it so I can email it to someone or put it on my Facebook or something. He is not interested in food anymore. We did loose power for a day and a half, but I did do water changes four times a day with fresh saltwater. I also put some erythromycin in the water because I have it and I figured it couldn't hurt.

Please help I hate watching him suffer...

He did not make it through the night. If anybody can help me figure out what this was and why it happened I would be greatly appreciated...

What have you been feeding him? I am not very familiar with deseases but this could possibly be something that he had going into quarintine and it is just now showing symptoms. I have never seen anything like it before.

Is there anyting else in quarinitne with him? Any sharp edges on that PVC?

He was alone, the PVC is sanded down, and he was getting Julian Springs purple sea veggies in the morning and the frozen sea weed delight in the evening. I also have him a small chunk of live cheato when he first went in but he never touched it.
