My Tomini Tang has these patches. Anything I should be worried about? I’ve had him for about 6 months with no previous issues. 65gal tank. Seems like they appeared a week or two after adding a few sps frags and Algae Barn Copepods.

Salinity: 1.025 refractometer and Hanna
Temp: 78°F Apex/Hanna
Ph: 8.2
Alk: 9.1 Hanna/Trident
Ca: 435 Trident
Mg: 1276 Trident
NO3: 3-5 Hanna
PO4: 0.05 Hanna
Auto water change daily

Eats well. A mixture of sea weed sheets, sea weed extreme pellets, frozen mysis, TDO pellets, frozen fish frenzy. Frozen foods are soaked in Selcon.

Tank mates: 2 clowns, six line wrasse, gold head sleep Goby. A mixture of inverts.

Take some white light photos and a short video if you can. Any recent additions?

the video better than pics but still hard to see. I believe if you see them come and go, may be stress marks but can also be a bacterial issue - Need to see body clearer.
If bacterial, you can start with ruby Rally Pro which will keep this in check and prevent further spread. If it becomes pronounced, treatment in a separate tank using Seachem kanaplex

Tang let the cleaner shrimp scrub him down a few times I saw this week. I have a school of Chromis in my qt at the moment. Is the rally pro a dip or a quarantine process? All my fish have been through quarantine but never did any corals or inverts.

When fish posture in front of cleaner animals, there is very often a reason, that is the fish feels an "itch", and that can be from flukes on their skin. Watch the tang for flashing/scratching, if you see that as well, I would consider treating the tank with Prazipro, 2x, 8 days apart.
