I'm sure this has been asked before, but I cannot find the answer on the good ole interwebs.

What are the dots right in front of the eyes on this fish?

This is not a picture of my fish, but obviously mine looks exactly the same.

Nice, thanks for the info, I couldn't find it anywhere. I initially thought maybe they were like the tail whips and it was for head-butting...
