Tomini with large spots. Help

I've had him about two weeks. Spots showed up 3 days ago. Today they look larger and have spread from 2 spots to at least 5 spots.

That looks like it could be ich. Any other symptoms?

No, he's eating and acting normally. All other tank mates show no sign.. yet .

My vote based on pics would be ich but always worth checking for flukes.

Can you post pics without the blues on?

I think the spots are too big to be ich. Might be worth dozing prazi to the display to see if that helps but not quarantining tangs is a recipe for disaster.

Spots seem large for ich. My best guess is some type of fluke / worms or possibly fungal infection

Looks like Lymphocystis to me. It’s viral. Antibiotics won’t work if this is Lympho. Just let it run it’s course. It will go away on its own.

I pretty sure it is Lympho, as @Reefahholic mentioned, too. My 2 Spot came in with it and it went away after a while. Make sure to feed with good food and add some vitamins or Selcon to the food if you can too.

Thanks guys. They eat like kings. They get LRS reef and Fish frenzy and I have been soaking and then freezing it with selcon since wednesday. Random high quality pellets and flake and Nori near hs cave that he randomly chews on every other day. I will report back next week on an update. He is very young and small. I should have QT'd him.

He's beautiful!. What does he look like today and how long did it take to clear up?

Took about a week or so I think but it only looked that bad for about a day at most I would say. Today he looks great, about like this although more color. This was about a week after the last shot.
