Tomini with white spot under gill

My Tomini has developed a white spot under gill. It's been there over a week. Hasn't grown and no other spots. Though he kinda swollen I can see his guts. He eats well. I put LRS seaweed and LRS Nano Reef frenzy also full life Spectrum pellets and brine shrimp with bit c. I also put selcon on all food.

Do you have an anemone or any stinging LPS corals he may be coming into contact with?

In addition to the stinging corals, I believe I'm seeing some other light spots on him. Have you ever treated with prazipro or done a freshwater dip on any of your fish?
