Just started up our second tank at Christmas time. This is such an addicting hobby.
Equipment
Reef breeders photon 24- the blues kick on at 7am, at 10 am the whites start coming on with the blues, both work up to full power by 1pm, at 5pm the whites start dimming, 8pm whites go completely out and blues start dimming down untill 11pm when It goes lights out
Cpr aquafuge2- went with the hang in the back Refugium. I don't have room for a full sump/fuge right now. Right now I have cheato and some rock rubble in there hoping to add pods soon.
Jbj true temp heater- the heaters hooked up to a jbj controller with a temperature probe.
Eshopps psk-75h skimmer- works great for a hang on the back skimmer.
Hydor korilla 600- I have two of these pumps hooked up to a hydor smartwave. Right now the pumps switch back and forth every 15 minutes. The smartwave can run the simultaneously on and off to but i don't which option provides better random flow yet
