Tono's Fairy Wrasse compatibility / Aggression?

My local LFS has a Tono's Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus tonozukai). I've had an itch lately to get a fairy wrasse and this is a lovely fish.

I have a 50 gal rimmed tank, with a cherub angel, two leopard wrasses, a two-barred rabbit fish and a yellow tailed blue damsel. All of the fish in my tank get along well with no aggression or disputes. I could happily not stock any more fish in this tank - but would like a fairy wrasse if it won't disrupt my current setup.

I have read in some posts on RC that the Tono's wrasse is fairly aggressive for a fairy wrasse, at least towards other planktivores. Is this correct? Will the Tono's bother my leopard wrasses? If so, I'll pass on it.

Also, is a Tono's more likely to jump than other fairy wrasses? (understood that all fish jump, and fairy wrasses are jumpers - just trying to understand where the Tono's sits on the spectrum).

All Cirrhilabrus will jump - all are equal. If your tank is not completely covered, we can stop right here.

If it is covered, I'd still avoid it as it's way up on the agression scale - not one I'd bother with when other wrasses are in the tank.

Hi just some added info that ive had numerous types of leopard wrasses with various fairy wrasses including with a tonos (which is for sure one of the most aggressive fairys), and have not seen any overt aggression of any fairy wrasse toward a leopard nor leopard aggression toward a fairy wrasse. Tanks have ranged from 29 gal to 90 gal. Tonos aggression toward other fairy or flasher wrasses is high and lethal, however in a very large tank it may be ok ..... but for a small or moderate tank (125 & under), i would not place any really nice wrasse with a tonos ..... this includes even a whip fin which is also rather aggressive as a tonos will dominate even a whip fin and stress it. Some individual tonos may be less aggressive & you would be fortunate if you happen to get one but they are likley a rareity. A tonos is also a very territorial fish and will protect "its tank" more & more with age.

Also on fairys that like to jump most .... from my experience of having over 40 fairy/flashers of different kinds, #1 ... by far is the Golden Rhomboid (Marshall Islands), # 2 the Splendid/Isosoleces, & #3 the Flame (Hawaii). #4 is a pretty much a tie with most others & especially any fairy or flame that is getting harrased. However, the Rhomboid, Isosoceles, and Flame will just sporatically jump on their own without any other fish interaction ..... when they are young and even after 5+ years old. They will hit the top glass and then recede to the bottom sometimes for a day or so & be very wary of the tank owner or other people as i think they tend to perceive that 'you' are the cause of them getting hit by the glass .... sometimes they also give themselves a ' mild concussion' and they need to relax & shake it off, so they will hide for awhile.
