Too many bubbles?

Hi everyone. I am really confused with all the bubbles in my tank. Is it normal to have this many of them. I have them under the sand bed and on the rocks, I see them float up to the surface all the time but they keep getting replaced with new ones and they are all on the right side of the tank where the sand bed id a little deeper. Here's a couple of pictures.

Is this a FW tank? Looks like catfish to me.

I get bubbles similar when I don't pay attention when changing the water, they will go away.

Also if that isn't freshwater we need an FTS because that looks like 2 sharks or cat fish!

Look like early signs of cyano.

No, it's SW and yes they are catfish (Columbian shark catfish).

There are way too many bubbles to be due to a water change, they are constantly rising to the top at a rate of at least one per second 24/7.

Here's a pic of one of them swimming right in front of our blue mushroom corals.

And another one of him swimming next to Oscar our common cleaner wrasse.

I believe we do have Cyano in the tank already. The only things that have changed recently was the addition of a few CUC members and we switched from T5's to LED's
