So ive bought all the fish as small as i can find them. Some are really tiny but thinking in longer run if they are too many or still ok?

Reefer 350
Total water volume around 90 gallon after rock and sand.

Open scape so fish can swim all in front and behind the rocks on the 4ft tank

Fish list:
1 yellow tang
1 tomini
1 pinstripe melanurus
1 yellow coris
1 carpenter flasher
1 chromi
1 sharknose goby
1 clown
1 midas blenny

I know its quite a list and i hope the wrasse and tang police dont charge me too bad

I personally don't like keeping any tang in a 4' tank, but a lot of people do seemingly without issue for the smaller Zebrasoma and Ctenochaetus. As far as bioload, should be fine for a tank that size.

I have a 75g with 20g sump and keep 2 clowns, 2 tangs (purple that's starting to get too big and tomini), azure damsel, royal grama, 3 firefish, aptasia file fish, Yellow and carpenter wrasses, and a pair of Chromis for years with no issues. So will be fine as long as you stay up on the water changes and have a good skimmer to stay on top of the nutrients.

I can feel them... the tang police are coming and the wrasse wanglers are approaching

You are fine.

I figured i would have to exchange the tangs for smaller ones in the future but i just wanted to be sure i was ok at least for now

None of your fish except the tangs really produce that much bio load. If you have decent husbandry, you should be fine. The thing is the farther one pushes bio load, the more extensive and consistent your husbandry has to be.
