Hi everyone, please see pictures below. I have a reef tank with soft and stony corals, but right now I am worried the orange mushrooms are taking over. Any thoughts? Is there a fish I could get to help?
Thanks!

Manual removal is probably best.

I’ve used kalk paste on shrooms before to control them. Just turn the flow off, squirt the kalk in them, let sit for 20 min or so, turn flow on. Worked well, but something you have to actively manage

Also throw my vote on Manual removal. Had the same problem some years back and was the only way to resolve it.

Basically use a pair of tweezers/forceps and try to grab them as close to the foot as possible, and around the whole foot. Then pull carefully but firmly and keep holding the pressure until they detach.

Be extra careful if the rockwork isn't entirely stable, as their footing can be quite strong.

Maybe, if you can get some off in good shape, you could take some to your LFS for some credit!

They can be invasive despite the awesome colors they provide. Simply if you mist apply kalkwasser made into a paste over them which will melt them down but they should be an easy sell

Looks like maybe you waited just a little too long to become concerned;) Another vote for manual removal or just replace the rocks. I got lucky and my lfs gave me good store credit when I brought mine in. He sold them for $40 each lol. I just took the rocks in but I had a large tank and more live rock soaking to replace it with.
