Hey guys! I have been dosing my tank with seachem prime ammonia remover for about 2-3 weeks now because i have a large ammonia buildup in my tank from some non eaten food. Is it safe to continue dosing the ammonia remover to my tank and for how long? Will it have any effects on my fish? Thanks!

What level of ammonia?

It's unclear whether it is accomplishing anything or not.
Right now it is about 0.75 ppm and I have tried about everything now, siphoning out extra food, feeding less, frequent water changes, ammonia remover bags in my filter, and of course ammonia remover.

I would think this is a testing issue rather than tank. Once my tank was cycled I tossed out my ammonia and nitrite tests. Especially if no change after changing water.
