Well, my flame shrimp molted and the Acanthophilia is sucking down the molt. This was the first thing I saw today.

Nice pic.

I have not heard of corals being harmed by eating too big of an item. If it's too big, they'll throw it up.

FWIW, the molt is mostly chitin, an organic polymer, not calcium.
