Too much flow for discosoma mushroom? (Video)

Got this rock last week and I'm new in reef tanks, I don't know if this is too much or not.

So, the key with disco mushrooms is to put them somewhere away from flow so they can attach their foot ( which takes about 2 weeks) From that point, they can move where and when they want. They are just very slow about it.

Mushrooms are easy to place. They will usually accept any flow that is not folding them in half/blowing them off the rock, and if they are unhappy, they’ll just leave.
