Too much flow for feather duster?

They need just enough flow to "sway" the feathers allowing them to pick up food from the water column.

That looks good to me. I'm new to the hobby but have kept a feather duster for about three months now. It wasn't very happy in the first spot I put it due to too much flow so it would stay inside it's tube most of the time. Once I moved it to a lower flow spot (similar to what yours is showing) it was much happier. I imagine if it's staying out of it's tube most of the time then it's probably a fine spot for it.
