Ok I want to start off with I have been having issues with figuring out the right flow for my hammers so I attached 2 videos to get some .2 cents. Hammers are happy no issues but curious if I'm over or under doing it. Some videos online some them in low flow and other doing great with flow that makes looks like a tequila fueled dance floor.

I have a 20g cobalt aio, 2 eflux 660 gph wave makers at 70%

I also want to mention 2 things;

I know I have a frag plug still on one hammer, it was my 2nd coral and I knew no better at the time
&
I don't have one of those fancy lenses so videos are a little blue

that looks fine to me. they don't like to open if there is too much flow on them, also if there tentacles are touching the rock or sand they may retract.

Thank you I appreciate your input I did not know that if they touch rock or sand they won't be happy, that's good to know.

Thank you. I think when I go to my lfs's near me they only use blue lights and keep them turned down so they extend way more, when I bring them home their never extended as much but I have a feeling it's a trick they use and that's why.
