Too much flow for hammers?

Pls check out this vid. Just got hammers within week or two can’t get my flow in my fluval evo no wave maker just stock pump to calm down. Is this too much flow for my hammers?

Honestly that’s fine I have mine a little stronger however the hammer will be okay in that flow.
I agree it could handle more though
