Today I installed a jebao cp55 crowflow to my tank and have spent all day moving my powerheads about and adjusting speeds to get the flow right for my livestock. The crossflow is very powerful and I use powerheads to hit its flow to create turbulence on the rocks where my sps are but no matter what I do, the flow across the sand is very strong.
IS this too much flow for my torch?

My softies on the sandbed seem to be ok in this flow.

How long have you had it? It doesn't seem to be too much but the tentacles are not getting long (unless lights just came on) they are staying kinda stubby and that could be from the coral actually getting a little to much flow. Turn down the flow for a day and see how it reacts, if it really opens up then its in too much flow.

Only a week or so but It has been full extended all day while I've been messing about with the flow. The lights are down low which is probably why its retracted . If you think this flow is ok and tentacles fully extend, then I guess all is ok...
