I have a 7g reef aquarium, and just put in a Koralia 240gph powerhead. Any help is appreciated

Is this too much flow?
Is it in a good position of the tank?
I tried to point it up more to decrease the flow a little. Good idea?

It seemed like way to much when it was shooting straight across and the clown was swimming for his life.

I had a submersible filter that came with the tank in previously, that produced 135gph the flow seemed a little low, which is why I put this in. Maybe do I switch back?

Any other thoughts on improving the tank is appreciated. image.jpg

So 375 gph total. Recommended flow for lps is 20 to 40 times thrw total gallons. I believe recommended flow for SPS (which it looks like you do have one sps frag) is 40 to 100 times the total gallons of the tank, which in your case would be 280 to 700 gph. So you should be fine.
